Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an international medtech pricing strategy across devices, consumables, service contracts, and digital health platforms, aligned with growth objectives, market positioning, and commercial targets
Establish and enforce standardized pricing guardrails, discount frameworks, and approval flows to ensure consistent and profitable decision-making
Design and maintain price architecture including list prices, discount structures, value frameworks, and segmentation rules
Lead and evolve value-based pricing methodology for new offerings, propositions, and customer segments
Chair and manage price approval panels to ensure data-driven decisions that balance competitiveness and profitability
Build and manage real-time profitability tools and scenario models for multi-product bundled deals
Provide suggested pricing based on historical deals, segmentation, product mix, and competitive intelligence
Analyze price-volume trade-offs, rebate structures, and customer lifetime value across product categories
Oversee contract lifecycle, including renewal pricing, indexing clauses, upsell/cross-sell triggers, and rebate utilization
Deliver comprehensive commercial and executive dashboards. Covering pipeline health, win/loss performance, profitability, ASP trends, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, deal cycle time, and pricing compliance while aligning medtech pricing infrastructure across CPQ logic, ERP pricing modules, rebate tools, and BI dashboards
Drive automation, standardization, and simplification of pricing processes by leveraging data and machine learning to uncover discount trends and optimization opportunities, while building and leading a high‑performing pricing team and developing organizational capabilities and best practices
Requirements
10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or related analytical roles, preferably within medtech or life sciences
Strong expertise in capital – consumable -Service bundling, value based pricing and margin modelling
Demonstrated experience building or leading a centralized pricing function in a complex, multinational environment
Familiarity with commercial technologies (CPQ, pricing engines, BI tools)
