About the role
- Director of Rehabilitation Services responsible for managing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services at PAM Health. Leading staffing, program development, and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development, management, and operation of both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
- Staffing, program development, budget development and monitoring, program evaluation, quality assurance, risk management and marketing support relating to the program.
- Responsible for a defined percentage of patient care on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Current license as a PT, OT or SLP in state where hospital resides is required.
- Current BLS certification is required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years in supervisory role preferred.
