Responsibilities
Drive Consumer Business Strategy
Partner with the President of Consumer Lending to evolve the long-term strategy for Enova’s consumer brands, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.
Develop and evaluate strategic initiatives including new product opportunities, customer acquisition strategies, channel expansion, and portfolio growth.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable business plans, decision frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
Identify and Execute Growth Opportunities
Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, and emerging fintech innovations to inform business strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, monetization, and lifetime value across CashNetUSA and NetCredit products.
Evaluate potential new products, partnerships, or market expansions.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess business tradeoffs across growth, profitability, risk, and customer experience.
Lead High-Impact Strategic Initiatives
Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive business performance, such as pricing optimization, product innovation, new feature launches, and operational improvements.
Structure ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses, and use data to inform recommendations and prioritization.
Ensure strategic initiatives are translated into execution plans with clear owners, milestones, risks, and success metrics.
Partner Across the Organization
Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Tech, Risk, and Operations.
Build alignment across stakeholders on key priorities and ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
Influence senior leadership through clear, practical recommendations grounded in data, business context, and execution feasibility.
Deliver Executive Insights
Develop executive-level analyses, business cases, dashboards, and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
Communicate business insights, opportunities, and performance trends to senior leadership.
Monitor key performance indicators and ensure strategies are delivering measurable impact.
Requirements
8–12+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, financial services, or related fields.
Significant experience in consumer lending, consumer finance, credit, or adjacent financial products; fintech experience strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of business strategy, customer economics, growth drivers, and performance management in a consumer or financial-services context.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into strategic insights and practical recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable business impact.
Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear narratives for senior leaders.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and build alignment in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
