About the role
- Talent Acquisition Partner developing innovative sourcing strategies for front office and technology teams at Franklin Templeton. Collaborating with hiring managers to meet talent acquisition goals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and assess hiring needs

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Experience recruiting for Investment Management and/or Sales preferred
- Proven success recruiting technology talent across diverse technical disciplines preferred
- Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver complex offers
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Ability to travel on occasion to meet with clients and attend recruitment events
- Strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including cold calling and networking
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday)
- Expertise in search engines, social networks, and other search tools
- Experience with AI-driven tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflow
