About the role

  • Technical Support Engineer at Flexera providing support for cloud infrastructure and FinOps. Ensuring customer success while troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure B2B customers receive exceptional support for cloud infrastructure and financial operations (FinOps).
  • Assist Ocean & Elastigroup customers integrating with Flexera One platform.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Create, maintain, and publish articles for Flexera's Knowledge Base.
  • Communicate with Product Management and Engineering regarding defects and enhancement requests.
