- Analyze and estimate massing studies, preparing construction costs to assess the feasibility of land acquisition
- Develop construction cost estimates for projects, ensuring cost performance aligns with company parameters and designs
- Verify on-site the costs forecasted in the pre-budget against the executive project, adopting strategies to improve construction progress and performance
- Support the construction site with project and cost-related guidance to prevent execution errors, delays, and unnecessary expenditures
- Conduct cost studies to optimize solutions and assist in defining the best project option
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in Architecture and Urbanism or Civil Engineering
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Experience preparing budgets for residential construction projects
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable
