Responsibilities
Maintain and grow business levels through management of salary sacrifice accounts
Manage incoming email and phone leads and incremental opportunity within your sales database
Process proposals and orders and deal with general enquiries
Prepare and follow up quotations for all sales enquiries via web or other means
Explain Salary Sacrifice thoroughly and driving EV
Achieve income and unit targets
Manage all inbound enquiries from website, email and telephone
Set times of the day to follow up calls and renewals
Upload new deals before passing to Sales Support team
Working closely with Sales Support to ensure a well-managed delivery process for both new business and renewed vehicles
Communicating professionally with funding partners and ensuring any problems are highlighted to the Sales Manager
Maximise opportunities to enhance profit margin
Provide frequent up to date reports on sales and sales opportunities
Work in conjunction with the department manager to monitor and maintain target sales figures
Achieve and exceed set sales targets
Requirements
Previous sales experience
Proficient in closing sales and gaining commitment
Ability to handle full end-to-end sales processes
Able to identify new opportunities
Strong time management
Excellent communication, showing both written and verbal skills with internal and external clients
Experience of the car leasing industry is desirable
Strong IT proficiency
