Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Representative / Sales Manager in Strasbourg, you will be the heart and soul of our sales engine.
This is a field-based role: you will cover the entire region and play a central role in Flatpay’s commercial development.
Your primary responsibility will be to sell our solutions during in-person, face-to-face sales meetings with small and medium-sized business owners.
Our internal lead generation team will prequalify and schedule the majority of your sales meetings.
You will also be expected to proactively create your own sales opportunities through cold prospecting visits, customer referrals and by leveraging your personal network.
To maximize your productivity and success, we have developed a tailored, proven sales approach and will provide you with comprehensive training.
After selling our solutions, you will also be responsible for delivering and installing the equipment.
Your goal will be to sell and install as many solutions as possible, at the best possible price.
Your performance will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed monthly installation targets and the associated payment transaction volume.
Requirements
Enthusiastic about selling
Comfortable working in the field and visiting prospective customers
Resilient during cold prospecting visits and able to stay motivated despite repeated rejections
Able to work independently and take ownership of your day
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated to meet — and exceed — specific monthly targets
Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Fluent in French and English
Driver’s license required
While prior sales or customer-facing experience is an asset, it is not required to join Flatpay.
