Responsibilities
Conduzir prospecções estratégicas
Aprofundar o entendimento das necessidades dos clientes
Apoiar diretamente o pipeline do time de Vendas
Realizar pesquisas sobre contas empresariais
Conduzir prospecção ativa (outbound) por e-mail, telefone e redes sociais
Qualificar leads inbound e outbound
Conduzir conversas diagnósticas
Registrar informações e manter o CRM atualizado
Agendar reuniões de negociações
Colaborar com Marketing e Vendas para melhorar fluxos
Requirements
Perfil consultivo, investigativo e orientado a resultados
Experiência prévia em Pré-Vendas (SDR/BDR), Inside Sales ou área comercial, preferencialmente presente com clientes corporativos
Vivência com processos de prospecção outbound e qualificação de leads em ciclos de vendas complexos
Conhecimento sólido sobre métodos de vendas, como SPIN Selling, BANT, MEDDIC, GPCT ou similares
Domínio de ferramentas de CRM (HubSpot)
Familiaridade com ferramentas de prospecção e inteligência comercial (ex.: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo)
Boa capacidade de análise e pesquisa de mercado
Habilidades avançadas de comunicação escrita e verbal
