Responsibilities
- Supporting daily treasury operations and corporate programs (credit cards, fleet, merchant services, and travel)

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, banking operations, treasury, or financial services
- Experience with wire processing and banking platforms administration
- Experience supporting corporate programs such as credit cards, fleet, travel, or merchant services
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and virtual collaboration tools
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to support productivity
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
