About the role
- Credit Operations Analyst ensuring smooth execution of credit processes at a European tech startup. Collaborating with customers and teams to improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end credit operations processes, including loan disbursements, repayment monitoring, and coordinating collections activities.
- Monitor portfolio health and handle customers at risk of delinquency and in default, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Manage communications with customers and external partners to resolve credit-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on credit operations needs.
- Take ownership of daily operational tasks with an improvement mindset, actively identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
- Contribute to process optimization and documentation efforts to help Credit Operations scale efficiently.
- Provide insights through data analysis to support decision-making and improve operational performance.
Requirements
