Responsibilities

• Disseminate agile practices within squads and departments that support the teams;
• Define roles and responsibilities within each project;
• Support and/or lead planning processes related to scope, schedule, quality and risk management;
• Recommend the most appropriate tools and actions for each project's situation;
• Monitor project progress to ensure planned activities are executed, identify deviations, prioritize requests and escalate issues that have a negative impact on stakeholders;
• Help remove day-to-day impediments by involving the necessary parties and guiding the team toward solutions;
• Interact with leadership to identify systemic problems and opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Provide transparency on the progress of requests using visual tools;
• Apply metrics to drive process improvement;
• Support team members in resolving conflicts;
• Maintain an organized routine and exercise critical judgment to keep project documentation up to date in the corresponding repository;

• Experience providing technical support;
