Responsibilities
Lead and expand FINN’s most strategically important OEM relationships: Build, manage and grow long-term partnerships with premier OEM manufacturers and dealer groups.
Drive high-impact negotiations that move the business forward: Lead complex end-to-end negotiations and secure the best commercial and strategic outcomes for FINN.
Shape a winning fleet strategy using data and market insights: Work closely with our fleet management and commercial teams to translate demand, supply and market trends into clear partnership and sourcing strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, strategy consulting firm, OEMs, rental car companies or online platforms in the automotive industry.
Experience in procurement or sales and experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Communicative personality who knows how to inspire others with their ideas and easily builds relationships.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, experience with contracts and a good legal understanding.
Deep national and advanced continental market understanding of automotive distribution, its value chain and residual value development.
Structured and driven to optimize established processes on a daily basis; combines strong problem-solving approaches with new, creative ways to overcome challenges.
Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, numerical literacy and commercial judgment to optimize profitability.
Fluent in German and English.
Willingness to travel.
On-site presence in Munich is a plus.
