Responsibilities
Responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets within their assigned territory
Foster strategic partnerships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and key stakeholders
Deliver impactful, solution-oriented communication to highlight clinical benefits, safety profile, and approved indications of assigned products
Promote product adoption, build market share, and enhance customer engagement
Align territory performance with business objectives while adhering to regulatory and organizational standards
Effectively manage daily sales activities and performance in alignment with defined organizational expectations
Engage with customers professionally and compliantly utilizing advanced selling skills along with approved messaging
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 4+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience required with greater than 4 years preferred
Buy and bill experience a plus
Neurology experience desired
Limited distribution model experience preferred
Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key HCPs and practices
Account management experience needed
A record of consistent top sales performance
Strong technical skills and computer proficiency
Willingness to cover a large geography as needed
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
Experience analyzing data and market trends
Ability to work with HCPs at various levels in an engaging and influential manner
