Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to an existing customer base

Requirements
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Two (2) years or more of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong background in proactive outbound sales calling
Ability to understand customers’ challenges
Knowledge of product requirements
Ability to identify upsell opportunities
Reliability, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with field sales teams
Strong communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation
Proven success in business development through effective use of core sales tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask
Ability to manage time effectively while achieving sales growth targets
Drive and eagerness to meet sales targets
