About the role

  • HR Assistant supporting recruitment and onboarding processes at FGR, a specialist in residential condominium development. Managing documentation and assisting with training and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Support Recruitment and Selection activities
  • Manage new hire documentation
  • Provide support for Training and Development as needed
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and data analyses
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions and providing support when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields
  • Experience in Recruitment and Selection is a plus
  • Ability to analyze the work environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
