Responsibilities
Handle and resolve customer inquiries through our ticketing tool Zendesk (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Maintain and update the customer database to ensure all information is accurate and up to date
Manage and execute complex customer projects
Create and forward support tickets to the appropriate departments to ensure timely problem resolution
Support the development and improvement of customer service processes to increase customer satisfaction
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to improve their understanding and use of our products
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
Completed vocational training or a university degree
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Ability to find solutions quickly and work with a customer-focused approach
Technical affinity and understanding of our products
Team player with a willingness to work in a dynamic environment
