About the role
- HR Analyst responsible for leading recruitment processes from start to finish for different business areas. Seeking candidates and improving processes in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various business areas
- Align behavioral and technical profiles with the hiring manager
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews to assess competencies and cultural fit
- Proactively source candidates (headhunting) when necessary
- Provide feedback and updates to candidates participating in recruitment processes
- Develop and propose improvements to processes and to the HR area
- Perform other duties related to the role
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Experience handling high-volume hiring
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
