Talent Acquisition Advisor responsible for end-to-end hiring for Supply operations at Reckitt in Bangkok. Collaborating with managers to ensure timely staffing with high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Supply roles (operations, engineering, quality, EHS, logistics, planning, technical support, and shopfloor hiring)
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies
Proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates using internal tools, job boards, talent pools, and market networks
Coordinate interviews, manage assessments, and ensure an efficient, candidate-friendly process
Support offer management, contract preparation, and pre-onboarding tasks
Maintain accurate data and updates in ATS and HR systems
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across both sites
Support recruitment reporting and TA initiatives as needed
Uphold Reckitt’s employer brand and ensure compliant, fair, and consistent hiring processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination, manufacturing/Supply hiring experience preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently
Comfortable working across two plant locations (Bangpakong & Bangplee)
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
