Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
1-3 years’ experience in a recruitment role
High-volume recruitment to include sales, hospitality, food and beverage, and marketing representative hiring- preferred
Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent writing skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS software
