Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from discovery through offer stage
Support multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining strong pipeline visibility

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume global recruiting environment
Experience using Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms
Experience within Life Sciences, Medical Device, or other regulated government industry
Experience recruiting across multiple business functions within a dynamic, cross-functional environment
Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or AI-enabled recruiting technologies
