Responsibilities
- You take full ownership — from briefing with hiring teams through job postings, direct candidate outreach and interview coordination to the contract offer.
- You find suitable talent — whether on LinkedIn, GitHub or in specialized communities.
- You approach candidates proactively and professionally.
- You plan, conduct and facilitate interviews — aiming to create an efficient, transparent process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- You ensure a fast, honest and respectful application process — communicating on equal terms comes naturally to you.
- You provide operational advice to hiring teams, give feedback on the market and candidates, and ensure decisions are made promptly.
- You maintain accurate records in the ATS, keep statuses and metrics up to date, and bring structure to day-to-day recruiting activities.
Requirements
- Several years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on tech or consulting profiles.
- Strong sourcing skills and routine in direct candidate outreach.
- Good understanding of technical roles — you can assess profiles and explain them clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Communicative, reliable and empathetic — you build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Hands-on mentality: you are fast, structured and never lose sight of the big picture.
