Hot Market Administrator working with product launches for Fanatics, Inc. in the Product Content Marketing team, requiring a passion for sports and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Create Hot Market for events, kit launches for Fanatics International
Pre Audit product imagery, attributes & Catalogs are all correct prior to activation
Activation of Hot Market products
Maintain workflow process to deliver data integrity and advise on improving efficiency
Build supplier relationships to ensure Product Launch information can be accessed prior to go live
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing department objectives
Develop relationships with internal departments, communicating any issues to ensure alignment
Undertake any other duties and/or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by management from time to time
Cross functional and special project duties, as assigned
May also be required to work additional hours including but, not limited to late nights and weekends to support the on-time demand of sporting events.
Requirements
1-3 years of professional writing or editing experience preferable.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel and Mac OS.
Capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously under pressure with concurrent and/or conflicting deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills enabling the individual to interact effectively with various levels of individuals
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
