• Serve as the primary guardian of our NetSuite ecosystem
• Combine functional business analysis with hands-on technical administration
• Responsible for day-to-day NetSuite Operations and improvement of the NetSuite application

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives to optimize cost, quality and delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, including selection, contract negotiation, performance evaluation and risk mitigation.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order, delivery, and payment to ensure compliance with company policies as well as federal and state government agency requirements.
• Ensure all procurement activities strictly adhere to federal regulations, including 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), as applicable to specific awards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational expenses.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast needs, support PPN demands and ensure timely supply of materials, including sourcing for construction services, specialized manufacturing/lab equipment, and associated professional services.
• Monitor market trends and supplier capabilities to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Lead and develop the Procurement Team to provide guidance, performance management and optimize supplier performance.
• Support audit activities, including all procurement-related internal and external audits, including those conducted by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) or other funding agency representatives.

• Manage and lead all aspects of the accounting operations, period close activities, and financial reporting functions, including establishment and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and specifically with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) for grants, Cost Accounting Standards, and other federal regulations as appropriate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure completeness, accuracy, and sufficient details of financial data are captured systematically to meet the needs of timely management and external reporting, including government fund accounting.
• Take lead in system implementation and enhancements that impact the Record to Report cycle across critical business processes including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
• Mentor and develop professional capabilities within the accounting operations, revenue accounting and general ledger team to ensure adequate and transparent support to internal stakeholders.

• Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and business case evaluations to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly reporting packages showing plan vs. actual results, with commentary and analysis of key drivers and variances
• Provide analysis and insight into revenue, margins, operating expenses, and capital expenditures, particularly related to the PPN
• Support scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and what-if analysis for key initiatives
• Monitor overhead and indirect rate performance and proactively support actions to manage variances
• Assist the CFO and executive leadership team with presentations and financial reports for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with the Controller and accounting organization to ensure financial performance aligns with forecasts and budgets
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand key drivers of financial performance and operational efficiency, specifically for membership activities, research and cost share programs, and capital projects
