Responsibilities
Ensure that all administrative steps in consulting projects are fully, accurately and punctually completed
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, durations, terms and project-related data
Support project managers in day-to-day operations
Coordinate meetings and resolve organizational and process-related issues
Review deliverables and billing documents for completeness and plausibility
Identify optimization opportunities and develop processes, templates and standards to improve quality, efficiency and transparency
Requirements
Commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration, management, organization or a related field
Experience in back-office and/or project management, ideally in a consulting or services environment
Structured, careful and process-oriented working style with a strong commitment to quality
Confident handling of contracts, numbers and administrative processes
