Ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements and tracking program expenditures across budget periods

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
3+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Proficiency in tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
Familiarity with federal grant compliance and reporting processes preferred
