Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Immigration & Global Mobility team across ongoing client matters
Assist with the preparation, organisation, scanning, and filing of client documentation related to immigration and relocation cases
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records on CRM systems, databases, and internal trackers
Support the coordination of couriers, document dispatch, certifications, and related administrative processes
Assist with engagement documentation, billing support, and internal reporting under supervision
Support initial documentation checks in line with internal procedures
Liaise with internal departments to support administrative aspects of client requests
Provide general office and team support, including scheduling and correspondence
Requirements
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and reliable manner
Comfortable working in a team‑based, professional services environment
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and standard office applications
Previous administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting is considered an asset, but not essential
