Responsibilities
Support the operations team and clients with scheduling appointments with doctors and therapists
Conduct intake interviews with our leads
Serve as the point of contact for various client inquiries via email and phone
Manage transactions related to lab orders, prescriptions, and nutritional supplements
Assist with billing and general administration
Requirements
Experience in administration/operations or finance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with new software
Reliable and discreet with sensitive data
Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
Experience in medical administration is a plus
