Responsibilities
Guide and operationalize activities related to personnel administration, such as e-Social, liaison with INSS and Conectividade Social (CEF).
Process payment of payroll taxes and contributions.
Respond to audits.

Perform payroll closing.
Handle compliance inspections and employee-related matters.
Provide support to the immediate supervisor on matters pertaining to the area.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of CLT (Brazilian Labor Law).
