About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams (Strategy, UX, Creative, Technology) through Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Serve as primary client liaison and daily point of contact for strategic accounts
- Manage 5 - 10 concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining target profit margins
- Facilitate discovery workshops, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, and retrospectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage change control processes and proactively address scope creep
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive follow-on revenue
- Track project financials, burn rates, and profitability metrics using project management systems
- Report project health and progress to senior leadership and clients through dashboards and status updates
Requirements
- 5-7 years in digital project management within an agency or professional services environment
- Proven track record managing 2-3 enterprise-level clients with projects valued at $500K+
- Experience with enterprise CMS implementations (Optimizely, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or WordPress at scale)
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects involving UX design, web development, SEO/SEM, analytics, and digital strategy
- Financial services, banking, or fintech industry experience highly advantageous
- Expert-level knowledge of project management tools: Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana, etc.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and digital best practices
- Experience with collaboration tools: Confluence, Miro, Figma, Slack, Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with budget forecasting and resource management systems
