About the role
- UA Manager (Apps) overseeing paid and organic acquisition channels in consumer subscription apps. Launching marketing channels, optimizing strategies, and monitoring performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own the performance across the different paid and organic acquisition channels (ASA/ASO)
- Launch new paid marketing channels to deliver high-end performance while driving results month after month
- Own the ASO roadmap and strategy, creating close collaboration with the marketing team
- Design, launch, and scale Meta campaigns; build/optimize Google Search campaigns; and pilot new channels like Apple Search Ads (ASA)
- Monitor and report CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, payback, driving decisions from actionable insights
- Implement creative strategies collaboratively with the marketing and design teams
Requirements
- Proven track record in consumer subscription apps only
- Paid marketing channels experience: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads
- ASO & growth proven experience
- Must have experience launching new apps from scratch and across multiple marketing channels
- Monitoring and reporting main performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV:CAC, payback)
- Strong knowledge of ATT/SKAdNetwork and Google Search Ads
- Proficiency with an MMP and experience building actionable dashboards to drive decisions based on cohort/LTV data
- Data driven mindset and comfortable in fast-pacing environments with strong business challenges
- RevenueCat and Firebase experience preferred
- Bigquery experience is nice-to-have.
