Responsibilities
Develop high-quality visual assets for internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, campaigns, intranet content, presentations, infographics, posters, and digital screens. **
Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication touchpoints. **
Conceptualize creative ideas for internal campaigns, announcements, and employee engagement programs.**
Emphasis will be on creating content that assesses the requirement and selects the most effective format to meet the objective while appealing to a wider audience.
Turn communication objectives into compelling, easy to understand visual designs.**
Partner with team to craft strong visual narratives for employee engagement, culture initiatives, leadership communication.**
Design visually strong email templates, intranet and digital screen graphics, assets for employee engagement platforms, and PowerPoint presentations.**
Create videos, motion graphics, and animations for internal storytelling.**
Open to learning new tools and technologies that enhance design efficiency and quality.**
Requirements
8–11 years of experience in a marketing, branding or communications department with hands-on experience in content and visual design role, ideally in a global enterprise (B2B services or digital/tech experience preferred)**
Strong portfolio showcasing short format content paired with compelling digital, video, and presentation design. **
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and video tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects. **
Strong grasp of layout, color theory, typography, and user centered visual design principles, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, engaging content. **
Excellent communication, collaboration, creativity, and end to end ownership. **
Demonstrated openness to learning new tools, design technologies, and content formats.**
Bachelor’s degree in design, Multimedia, Communications, or related field **
