Requirements
Lived experience with mental health or substance use challenges and a strong commitment to recovery.
Completion of a recognized Peer Support Specialist training program or certification preferred (or within 90 days)
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Empathy and the ability to build trust with clients.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clinical and counseling professionals.
