Responsibilities
You manage our existing customers in the DACH region.
You qualify inbound leads from our marketing team and quickly identify where real potential lies.
You present our software solutions in engaging customer conversations — personable, persuasive, and on an equal footing.
You prepare proposals and support administrative tasks across the entire sales process.
You regularly maintain your customer data in the HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
You have initial experience in sales, ideally in the software industry.
A background in hospitality or knowledge of inventory/ERP systems is an advantage.
You are familiar with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
You have excellent communication skills in German and good English skills.
You work independently, in a structured way, and find a solution for every problem.
You have a personable manner and can convince your interlocutors — whether on the phone or in a video call.
