Responsibilities
As Inside Sales Support (m/f/d), your mission is to ensure our sales team gains more time for prospecting, advising and closing by providing reliable operational support.
You combine precise process work with service-oriented communication and play a key role in ensuring customers receive fast, high-quality proposals while enabling scalable sales growth.
Proposal and contract processes: Take full ownership of creating proposals and contracts after customer meetings so Account Management is measurably relieved and can focus on revenue-generating activities.
CRM data quality: Establish consistent documentation standards in Salesforce, proactively maintain customer data and safeguard data quality as the foundation for informed decisions and smooth sales processes.
Task coordination: Develop a system to prioritize concurrent sales requests, proactively manage expectations with Account Management and escalate bottlenecks early to meet business-critical deadlines.
Customer communication: Independently manage follow-ups for outstanding proposals, prepare customized customer documents and contribute to faster response times through professional, reliable communication.
Process optimization: Convert fragmented activities into repeatable, scalable workflows and develop improvement proposals that increase efficiency and reduce error sources.
Requirements
Initial hands-on experience in Sales Support, Sales Assistance or a comparable operational role in a B2B environment with demonstrable experience in creating proposals and customer presentations.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system for systematic maintenance, structuring and validation of CRM data to enable reliable reporting and informed decision-making.
Strong ability to comprehensively and structurally capture information, processes and customer interactions to ensure smooth collaboration and high data quality.
Professional written communication skills with clear, error-free and audience-appropriate wording of emails to customers and internal stakeholders in an appropriate business tone.
Conscientious, detail-oriented working style with a strong quality focus, reliability in meeting deadlines and proactive initiative to identify required actions and process gaps.
Fluent German (C1) spoken and written for professional customer communication and proposal creation, and fluent English (C1) for international team collaboration.
