Responsibilities
Proactively generate new leads and convert prospects through structured outbound calls
Build strong relationships with existing customers, following a strategic call plan
Price jobs within agreed guidelines and support market analysis with the DSM
Handle enquiries, create accurate quotations, and manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
Support order placement and ensure delivery expectations are met using our SAP system
Work closely with DSMs, CSC, and distribution teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a commercial or industrial setting
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy and efficiency
A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers
Comfortable using digital systems and tools (SAP experience is a plus)
