Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact within the local team, with a strong focus on performance, paid traffic and digital channels, while supporting and leading a multidisciplinary team
Ownership and monitoring of marketing budgets
Management and oversight of the overall budget and reporting

Provide strategic and operational support for e-commerce
Oversee CRM activities and social media
Coordinate retail marketing initiatives
Organize events and influencer collaborations
Manage the acquisition agency: briefs, content and messaging validation, regular checkpoints
Monitor paid media performance on a daily and strategic basis
Track budget allocation, monitor ROAS and drive optimization
Manage affiliates and partners, conduct monthly reviews and track performance
Requirements
Proven experience in performance-driven digital marketing
Strong expertise in paid acquisition
Comfortable with budget management and financial KPIs
Hands-on, structured and autonomous profile
Excellent communication skills in an international professional environment
