Responsibilities
Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across different departments, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to actively identify, engage, and attract a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with job requirements before presenting them to hiring managers.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs, refine job descriptions, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and daily direction to a more junior recruiter or talent acquisition assistant, ensuring their work aligns with team goals.
Ensure adherence to the established recruitment process. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
Act as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, communicating the company culture and value proposition clearly to prospective candidates.
Maintain accurate and timely data within the ATS (Ashby.) Ensure all recruiting practices comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing candidates for various roles (technical, sales, product, support, etc.).
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting software/tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, or supervise more junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support.
Proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of urgency.
Ability to quickly adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively partner with both candidates and internal teams.
