About the role
- Talent Acquisition Admin supporting recruitment and HR operations at Public Group. Focused on retail positions and collaborating with store managers for staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Work closely with store managers to understand staffing needs.
- Create and follow recruitment plans.
- Manage and update job postings on multiple platforms.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Prepare and deliver timely recruitment reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all store levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using digital tools.
- Interest in growing a career in HR, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
