Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Work closely with store managers to understand staffing needs.
Create and follow recruitment plans.
Manage and update job postings on multiple platforms.
Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Prepare and deliver timely recruitment reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all store levels.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using digital tools.
Interest in growing a career in HR, with a willingness to learn.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
