Responsibilities
Serve as the account and business lead across integrated scopes and deliverables including but not limited to social, digital and PoP.
Build trusted client partnerships through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving.
Understand client requests thoroughly before bringing to your internal teams.
Anticipate potential client needs before they do thanks to a deep knowledge of their business.
Manage the day-to-day workflow of organic social – from post scheduling to creative and strategy development to client approval.
Translate business and creative goals into clear, actionable plans for internal and external teams.
Oversee production workflows—from brief and pre-production through final asset delivery.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and innovation across channels.
Collaborate closely with creative and strategy internal leadership to create the best possible work.
Requirements
7+ years of experience managing complex, multi-channel projects—ideally within an agency or large brand ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
Strong background in organic social strategy and production.
Management experience.
Proven track record of true client and business partnership.
A proactive mindset with equal comfort in creative discussions and operational planning.
Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills.
