- Conduct outbound and inbound calls
- Independently arrange payment terms with our clients
- Find and implement solutions for delinquent customers
- Record and handle complex cases
- Carry out the out-of-court dunning process and prepare court-based dunning proceedings
Requirements
- • Completed commercial or legal vocational training, e.g., Office Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Legal Assistant, Office Communications Clerk (m/f/d)
- Initial professional experience in debt collection
- Good written and spoken German
