Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology programmes — managing planning, risk, testing, release and post-go-live support to deliver on business outcomes.
Build and manage detailed delivery plans — keeping teams aligned, managing pace and helping everyone stay focused on what matters most.
Establish strong governance and financial management frameworks that bring transparency, control and confidence to delivery.
Manage relationships across clients, partners and delivery teams — creating accountability, encouraging collaboration and constructively challenging where it counts.
Collaborate with architects, developers and product owners to manage dependencies, align on architecture and integration, and resolve issues quickly.
Drive adoption and performance — translating technical delivery into business impact and tracking progress through KPIs such as velocity, quality and system availability.
Provide coaching and guidance to delivery teams and junior colleagues, creating an environment where people grow and delivery gets better with every project.
Contribute to business development by supporting proposals and creating assets that showcase the team’s delivery expertise and platform experience.
Requirements
Experience leading or managing technology delivery across large, complex programmes, with the ability to flex delivery approach to fit the context and requirements.
Hands-on experience across enterprise software development, deployment and integration lifecycles — from ERP (SAP, Oracle) or CRM (Salesforce) to data, middleware and security.
Experience managing delivery across onshore, nearshore and offshore teams, or within multi-vendor and systems-integrator environments.
Knowledge of software development and testing processes, release management and deployment best practices.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to balance technical complexity and business priorities in fast-paced settings.
Communication and stakeholder-management skills to engage effectively with both technical and business audiences.
Familiarity with enterprise delivery environments and motivation to grow capability across new technologies and industries.
Professional certifications (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2) are beneficial but not essential.
Eligibility for, or current possession of, Security Check (SC) clearance is desirable.
