Responsibilities
- Lead the full PAI team including Portfolio Principals
- Build a team focused on outcomes aligned with business goals
- Provide coaching and alignment for consistent delivery across digital
- Coordinate the development of a cohesive digital strategy
- Work with finance on investment and operating costs
- Provide transparency on progress and drive delivery
- Drive understanding of key levers to increase digital efficiency
- Define digital performance metrics and ensure performance management
- Coordinate content for performance reviews and senior stakeholder sessions
- Drive Insight-Driven Performance & Analytics using digital tooling
Requirements
- Experience in performance or finance management, strategy, data & analytics, or programme management
- Strong Relationship Management skills across a matrix organization
- Significant experience leading people and multi-functional teams
- Proven track record in navigating complex partnerships and resolving conflict
- Commercially oriented with a focus on unlocking customer and business value
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- Master`s degree or MBA in relevant fields is advantageous.
