About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end eDiscovery project execution, including processing, hosting, review support, analysis, and production.
- Oversee day-to-day workload management, task prioritization, and quality control across active matters.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on delivery-related topics.
- Apply advanced Relativity features to design efficient workflows and optimize review environments.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, or bottlenecks in a timely and proactive manner.
- Mentor, train, and supervise Senior Associates and Associates, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Law, or related field.
- Experience: Typically 6–8 years of experience in eDiscovery or litigation support, including management of matters or teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Relativity (required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global teams and supporting cross-border matters is preferred.
