HR Operations Specialist ensuring compliance and efficiency in HR processes for Kimberly-Clark in DACH & Benelux. Focus on legal standards and relationships with stakeholders in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Adapt HR processes to local labor laws and global standards
Provide market insights for end-to-end HR processes, projects and policies
Simplify, automate and standardize HR processes
Handle complex issues and escalations
Review and update HR policies and maintain content in the HR portal
Collaborate with HRBPs and cross-functional teams
Manage vendor performance through KPI tracking and continuous improvement
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in HR Operations or Shared Services, ideally in a regional or global environment
Solid knowledge of employment law in Germany, preferably also in Switzerland and the Netherlands
Experience in stakeholder management, process optimization and delivering trainings
Fluent in German and English
Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus
