Responsibilities
Project management: You plan, coordinate and steer online and offline projects, observing timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Documentation: You document all project-related activities in accordance with internal and project-specific requirements, ensuring transparent traceability.
Campaign management: You manage the execution of campaigns and evaluate their success to identify ongoing optimization opportunities.
Website management: You are responsible for the strategic and content-related development and maintenance of our websites, ensuring a user-friendly and attractive online presence.
Concept and planning: You create concepts, creative briefs, effort estimates and budget plans, ensuring targeted implementation.
Vendor management: You research, compare and commission external service providers and suppliers, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Team coordination: As the central interface between clients, Sales, the creative/implementation team and other internal departments, you work closely with all stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Project support: You manage both client-facing formats and internal projects within ELPATO and continuously develop them further.
Requirements
Technical skills: You are proficient with common content management systems (e.g. TYPO3, WordPress), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello).
Analytical skills: Experience using Google Analytics to analyze and optimize the performance of campaigns and websites.
Professional experience: You have at least 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, the digital sector or an agile, fast-paced environment. You have successfully delivered multiple projects and can confidently manage both online and offline initiatives.
Communication skills: You have a talent for clear, solution-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational skills: You excel at multitasking and can manage several projects simultaneously without losing sight of priorities.
