Sales engineer responsible for acquiring new B2B clients in IT solutions at Elit-Technologies. Focus on network, security, cybersecurity, and collaboration services.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect new clients in target sectors (industry, services, retail, finance, etc.)
Identify and qualify key decision-makers within target companies
Deploy a multichannel hunting strategy: cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, networking, events, referrals, etc.
Convert leads into opportunities and then into signed contracts
Develop tailored commercial proposals in collaboration with pre-sales, cyber and network teams
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new clients (retention, upsell, renewals)
Meet and exceed acquisition and revenue targets set by management
Record your activity in the CRM and contribute to continuous improvement of prospecting and sales processes
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience selling IT solutions (networking, cybersecurity, managed services or collaboration)
Business-maker mindset, driven by acquisition, performance and results
Solid knowledge of technical environments: LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, security (firewall, SASE, SOC), IP telephony, Microsoft 365, etc.
Excellent ability to open doors, persuade and close deals
Autonomy, rigor, team spirit and a taste for challenge
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment
