Responsibilities
Partners with leadership to identify sales opportunities
Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy

Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines

Develops strategies and executes sales plans to achieve membership growth and financial goals
Requirements
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field
Minimum of 10 years related experience to include senior sales experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in strategic planning
Behavioral Health experience strongly preferred
Extensive knowledge of health plan market strongly preferred
