About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategies at MacDermid Alpha. Overseeing sales operations and building client relationships for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned sales targets (revenue, volume, and profitability)
  • Develop and execute sales plans to ensure targets are fully achieved
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Expand market share through strategic account penetration
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Support and conduct market surveys to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Lead customer projects from opportunity stage to mass production
  • Ensure alignment on product capabilities, timelines, and customer expectations
  • Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and commercial discussions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above; 10+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in English both verbally and written.
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of tools.
  • Understanding of sales tools and technologies like CRM, sales enablement platforms, and other productivity tools.
