Responsibilities
Acquisition and development of relationships with institutional investors, pension funds and asset-gathering entities, particularly in Germany, the DACH region and internationally, with a focus on the distribution of real estate funds
Proactive servicing of our institutional clients in close collaboration with Mandate Management and UNIQA Real Estate Management
Contributing to the development of the product offering for institutional third‑party clients in the area of real estate funds
Supporting the establishment of efficient sales structures in institutional fund distribution for UNIQA Real Estate Management
Participating in the development of innovative processes for the institutional client business – focus on real estate funds and real estate
Challenging role in a dynamic investment environment
Independent, responsible work with scope to shape within an existing team
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in institutional sales and an established network among investors, asset-gathering entities and pension funds in Germany
Understanding of the property markets and the real estate funds landscape in the DACH region, ideally complemented by knowledge of CEE
Strong analytical skills paired with a high level of execution capability
Professional presence and excellent communication skills — both internal and external
Confident presenter with enthusiasm for client presentations and meetings
Fluent in German and English (business fluent)
High willingness to travel and flexibility
Degree in economics or finance, or an equivalent qualification
